You will be working from home under the umbrella of a global brand leader which has grown by 25% in the last 4 years, despite a period of global economic downturn. Successful candidates will be mentored to develop their own high-growth businesses alongside their existing career or commitments. We are looking for candidates from four main areas: * You have worked hard to build a career. You have a good track record but feel you are unlikely to reach your potential in your current role. * You are worried about job security and you are looking for alternatives. * You have decided to return back to the workplace to top up your retirement income, or * You have recently graduated and are finding it difficult to enter the workforce. Previous experience in management, training, healthcare, sales, marketing, recruitment, and HR, is useful but not essential as you will receive full training and on-going support.
